• Wear comfortable clothing and water-friendly shoes or sandals
• Bring a light jacket or warm layer for the early morning kayak (it can be chilly at sunrise)
• Use sunscreen, sunglasses and/or a hat or cap for sun protection
• Stay well hydrated
• Not recommended for pregnant participants or individuals with serious heart conditions
